| 30 August | Completed another great challenge for my boy – A 70Km+ round trip riding for my boy to Windsor Great Park and Windsor Castle.   |
| 25 August | Another country ride to Epsom and Ashtead with my boy. Lunch at the Rye Cafe and Juice Bar.     |
| 16-22 August | Spent our summer holidays in Windermere & Bowness, the Lake District. The hotel we stayed in was excellent and restaurants around the areas were great too. Weather was unexpectedly good most of the time except heavy down pour on the day we went cycling! |
| 11 August | Had a morning walk with friend in Hampton Court and a relaxing lunch at Prince of Wales, East Molesey.     |
| 9 August | Had some outdoor exercises for my boy – Riding with him in Richmond Park.  |
| 5 August | Joined the London Hiking club to have a coastal walk from Margate to Herne Bay.    Enjoyed an early dinner at a local pub in Herne Bay before taking train back to London.  |
| 2 August | Went to Waterstone at Brent Cross Shopping Centre with my boy and bought a number of books on Manga. Had a tastyJapanese lunch with him at Marugame Udon.  |
