Little Home Baker's BreadBaking

My Little Home Baker

Sunday morning, 17 June 2018.

My boy wanted to make some bread on his own. He was thinking about bread representing various simple geometric shapes and asked for two shapes from his mom and me. Mom suggested a parallelogram while I would like to have a rectangle.

So take a look at how he baked his bread and what he finally got.

Brushed the bread surface with egg to get a darker colour.

Now time for baking.

Ok, here it came the end products.

By the way, what is geometric shape of the one at the top right corner?

Tasted ok. I think a longer proofing will be better.

The bread he made not only tasted good but also “sounded” interesting 😝

Anyway, we have a joyful morning and some bread for lunch.

Thank you my little home baker.
