| 31 Oct | The bike shop that I purchased all my bicycles and had them serviced was finally closed down for business today. I missed all the staffs (they are my friends as well) that I have known for nearly six years. |
| 18 Oct | Had a warm birthday celebration with my dearest family. There was nothing more important than staying with them. |
| 11 Oct | Attended first post-operation follow-up check at the hospital. Progress of recovery was far better than expected. |
| 7 Oct | As part of the recovery, changed my habit to sleep before 10 at night and picked up regular breathing, stretching and walking exercises. |
| 6 Oct | Discharged after 21 days of stay in the hospital. There is nothing better than returning home. |
